With almost 25 years of industry experience, from the host stand to the manager's desk & everywhere in between, I've become so deeply embedded in the industry, that I have zero chill when I go out.  Everything is under scrutiny, the noise level, trash on the floor, the clientele, whether or not the staff knows which items are gluten-free, and so on.
